⚓ What is XP?

XP (Experience Points) is SailPro's way of rewarding you for getting on the water. Every time you record a session and upload it, you earn XP. Sail further, sail faster, and sail often to climb the leaderboards.

✅ What is a Qualifying Race?

To qualify, a race session must meet all of the following:

Distance	0.5 nautical miles
Average speed	2 knots
Track points	100 GPS points
Daily limit	1 qualifying race per day

Non-qualifying races still earn 5 XP for uploading, but only qualifying races count toward leaderboards and bonus XP.

📱 How to Upload

1. Record a race session in the SailPro app using Race Mode.
2. Go to Stats and select the session.
3. Tap the cloud upload icon to send it to SailPro XP.
4. Your XP is calculated automatically and added to your total.

🏆 Leaderboards

Only qualifying races appear on the global leaderboards. Compete with sailors worldwide across XP, distance, speed, and class rankings. Your position updates in real time as you upload races.

📄 SailPro XP — Terms

1. SailPro XP Overview

SailPro may provide a performance-based points and progression system known as “SailPro XP”. Users may earn virtual experience points (“XP”) through use of the SailPro application, including but not limited to uploading race data, participating in sailing activities, and achieving performance-related milestones.

XP is a virtual, non-monetary metric used solely within the SailPro platform for engagement, ranking, and performance tracking purposes.

2. No Monetary Value

SailPro XP:

• Has no cash value
• Is not transferable
• Cannot be redeemed for cash or financial instruments
• Does not constitute property or a financial asset

SailPro reserves the right to determine if, how, and when XP may be used for non-monetary rewards, promotions, or recognition.

3. Earning XP

XP is awarded based on criteria determined solely by SailPro, which may include:

• Participation (e.g., uploading valid race data)
• Performance metrics (e.g., speed, efficiency, timing)
• Improvement over time
• Rankings relative to other users

SailPro may modify, adjust, or remove XP calculation methods at any time without prior notice.

4. Fair Use and Data Integrity

Users agree that:

• All data submitted to earn XP must be accurate and genuine
• Users will not attempt to manipulate, falsify, or artificially generate data to gain XP
• Use of automated tools, spoofed GPS data, or other methods to unfairly gain XP is strictly prohibited

SailPro reserves the right to:

• Remove XP
• Adjust rankings
• Suspend or terminate accounts

where suspicious or fraudulent activity is detected.

5. Leaderboards and Public Display

XP may be used to generate:

• Public or private leaderboards
• Rankings by class, region, or time period

By participating in SailPro XP, users agree that:

• Their username, performance data, and rankings may be displayed publicly
• SailPro may use anonymized or aggregated data for analytics, marketing, or product improvement

Users may have options to control visibility where applicable.

6. Modifications and Resets

SailPro reserves the right to:

• Reset XP balances
• Introduce seasonal or time-based rankings
• Modify level thresholds or ranking structures
• Discontinue or replace the XP system entirely

at its sole discretion.

7. Rewards and Promotions (Future-Proofing)

SailPro may, at its discretion, introduce:

• Non-monetary rewards
• Promotional offers
• Third-party sponsored benefits

These may be subject to additional terms and conditions, eligibility criteria, and geographic restrictions.

8. Limitation of Liability

SailPro makes no guarantees regarding:

• Accuracy of XP calculations
• Availability of leaderboards
• Continuity of rankings or rewards

XP and associated features are provided “as is” and may be modified or discontinued at any time.
